Regeneration of the digestive tract. The health and functionality of our intestines are decisive for the health and well-being of the body.

If this is done with the right means and therapies, it can become the "cradle of health" in no time.
The F. X. Mayr treatment not only affects the digestive tract, but rejuvenates the entire person. A hardly known energy, vitality and joie de vivre sets in again.

The three healing principles according to F.X. Mayr

Protection

In order to achieve maximum relief of the digestive tract, either fasting (Mayr Classic) or a special light diet (Mayr Vitalkost) is served.

Purge

To disolve and eliminate the toxins, around two to three liters of liquid should be drunk everyday. The body is detoxified and "cleansed" of toxins. Taking Epsom salt supports this process - it goes throw the digestive tract and loosens food residues that stick to the intestinal wall.

Schulung

Juice fasting is a special form of therapeutic fasting. Here, solid food is dispensed ,in order to relieve the metabolism, to achieve a metabolic change.
The necessary vitamins and minerals are provided to the body in the form of fruit and vegetable juices in sufficient quantities.
The goal of juice fasting treatment is to detoxify the body and organs, juices has cleansing effect on the blood and also helps in reducing weight.

Juice fasting treatment procedure

The juice fasting treatment begins with 1 to 2 so-called relief days, in which the body can adapt to the fasting metabolism and thus facilitate the entry into the actual fasting. In addition, the morning intake of a mild, salinical water (Epsom salt or F. X. passage) is started to initiate the cleaning of the digestive tract from the mouth to the rectum. In the morning, noon and in the evening, fruit and vegetable juices (about 1 liter / day) are drunk mixed with water. These juices should not be drunk indiscriminately fast, but slowly to prepare digestion or to facilitate the breakdown of the vitamins and nutrients contained in the juices. Water and selected herbal teas can be drunk in unlimited quantities. In some cases, it makes sense to take an alkaline vegetable broth at noon.
